  • Melbourne Business School students: for students completing an MBA or Master of Business Analytics, the Melbourne Business School holds graduation ceremonies outside of the usual ceremony rounds. Please contact the Melbourne Business School for more information.
  • Combined courses: you will be allocated a ceremony where one of your faculties is present. Your graduation invitation should display your course title, showing both degrees. Please contact Stop 1 if your invitation doesn't include all your courses.
  • Concurrent diplomas: your degree will be allocated to the ceremony of your degree faculty e.g. if you completed a Bachelor of Arts and a concurrent Diploma in Music, you will be allocated to an Arts ceremony. Your concurrent Diploma should be listed on your graduation invitation email. If your Diploma is not included in your invitation, contact Stop 1 as soon as possible.
