Complete your administrative enrolment by checking and updating your personal details and accepting the terms and conditions of your enrolment. Your graduate school research administrator will then enrol you into your research subject.

  1. Residential address (address where you will live while studying)
  2. Home address (your permanent address)
  3. Telephone number (eg home, work, mobile/cell)
  4. Email addresses
  5. Emergency contact details (name, address, email and telephone numbers).

Other information

  • Cultural details (eg if you identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, language spoken at home)
  • If you have a disability or require support with a disability you can provide this information. You can also speak to staff in your graduate school
  • Your parent or guardian’s education details (highest level of education achieved).
