'We R here for U, OK?' on R U OK Day

Student Partners co-facilitated a one and half hour workshop aimed to raise students' awareness of some common study-related stressors, and how to manage them strategically and achieve personal study goals.

"The R U OK day workshop provided an opportunity for us to contribute to a less structured, more flexible project with a great team. It allowed us to consider our academic experiences in a new light and imagine how the strategies we developed through these experiences might be useful in different scenarios. Both the preparation and presentation of this workshop were very collaborative and enjoyable."
