Find out when your exams will be held and how to access your personal exam timetable.
You must plan to be in Melbourne during the entire examination period (including the special and supplementary period), as the exam timetable is subject to change.

Access your exam timetable
Once the exam timetable is available, you will be able to view your exams via the my.unimelb home page.
If you are checking it via the my.unimelb app, make sure you're using the latest version.
Check if your subject has further assessment tasks such as take home, practical, oral or performance exams, via the LMS or with academic teaching staff.
If you can't view your timetable, try searching for your individual subjects using the subject code.

Know your exam details
Plan to arrive at your exam venue 30 minutes before your official exam start time. To allow time to find your seat, doors open 10 minutes before the exam starts.
Your exam reading time is included in the official exam start time. Reading time occurs before writing time and will be either 15 or 30 minutes. Find out more about what else happens during an exam.
If you have an exam at the Royal Exhibition Building, your timetable will show either 'Royal Exhibition Building East' or 'Royal Exhibition Building West.' This tells you on which side of the building you will be sitting your exam. The East side of the building is on the Nicholson Street side, while the West side is on the Rathdowne Street side. Seat numbers are released closer to the date of your exam – just keep checking your timetable. Seat numbers are also displayed on the day at the exam venue.
