Student financial aid information

Terms and conditions of the Title IV, HEA loans, including eligibility and methods of disbursement; criteria for selecting recipients and for determining award amounts; methods and frequency of disbursements of aid; rights and responsibilities of students receiving Title IV, HEA student Financial Aid, including criteria for continued student eligibility and standards for Satisfactory Academic Progress; terms of any loan received as part of financial aid package, sample loan repayment schedule, and the necessity for repaying loans; and procedures and forms by which students apply for assistance are available in the information below 3 .

    Note: Exchange programs are only eligible for FSA funding where a consortium agreement exists between The University of Melbourne and the host institution.
  • Exit Counselling:
    Students who have received Federal Student Aid while attending The University of Melbourne are required to complete Exit Counselling on graduating, withdrawing, or when their enrolment drops below half time. Students will be notified by the International Financial Aid Office via email when Exit Counselling is required.
