Grab a free breakfast, cuddle a therapy dog and participate in arts and crafts at Uni Mental Health Day! ! Come along and enjoy the range of fun and restorative activities that will support you to look after your mental health.
The University Health Promotion team have put together a program that includes:
- Meditation
- Yoga (book through MU Sport for 9am, 10am or 11am)
- Arts and crafts
- Movement and drawing experience for wellbeing sessions (book for 9am, 10am or 11am)
- Therapy dogs
- Sports
- A free breakfast
- And information on the many ongoing support services available year-round to students.
