GradWISE graduate recruitment program

You will learn about the successful GradWISE Service Delivery and how the continuum empowers you to be competitive for both graduate and entry-level positions upon graduation.

You will hear from Edward Osano, Head of GradWISE, and Ashleigh Burns, GradWISE Career Coach, speak about the award-winning program and the support available. They will also share with you the disability-confident employers that they are working with across government, not-for-profit, for-profit and publicly listed companies.

Also joining this session is a recent University of Melbourne Graduate linked to the GradWISE program, who has secured a graduate position. You will hear about the journey through the application process, tips for remaining competitive and overall experience with disclosure and ingredients of success since employment.

This session is open and recommended to all University of Melbourne students who identify as having a disability, mental health or chronic health conditions.
