We value your feedback as it helps us make improvements to the way we deliver services to you. Here are some of the things we’ve done in response to your feedback.
Stop 1 (Parkville) needed more space
You told us Stop 1 (Parkville) needed more space, so we spent the summer more than doubling its size! Stop 1 (Parkville) now has:
- 26 service pods
- 12 self-service computers
- 3 new group consultation areas
- 3 interview rooms
You needed to charge your phones and laptops!
You told us you were running low on battery life, so we're giving you 20 USB charging ports next to seats and tables at the Stop 1 (Parkville) space.
There weren't enough seats in the waiting area
You told us you wanted to sit down to wait or study in the Stop 1 (Parkville) space, so we’ve tripled the number of seats. We now have:
- Extra seats including a large study table to plug in your device
- 20 USB charging ports
