A Look Ahead to 2019

The Project will dive-deep into the implementation phase in 2019, as the design of the Precinct is confirmed, and the building contractor is appointed. Creative partnerships will continue to provide students and staff with opportunities to contribute to the Project and new food and study pods will ‘pop-up’ around the Precinct site.

Pop up food and study pods - Keep an eye out for a series of pop-up structures around the Precinct site including food and beverage outlets, informal study and performance spaces designed by Breathe Architecture. Detailed Design Process - The detailed design process for the Precinct begun in November 2018, will continue in 2019. DDetailed design fiocused on the implementation of architectural, landscape and interior details and finishes. Transition to Operation Strategy in Development. Arts and Cultural Partnerships - The Project will continue to partner with Next Wave in 2019 and looks forward to working with the Living Pavilion to develop a program of events that celebrate the natural environment and Indigenous knowledge. Appointment of Main Works contractor.
