Midday Mindfulness
These online sessions aim to introduce the experience of cultivating calm and wellbeing from within. Give your brain a break from study or work by joining a CAPS counsellor in a guided mindfulness meditation.
All students and staff welcome.
When: Every Mon and Wed 12pm–12.30pm (Running from Mon 4 Mar – Wed 19 Jun, except Mon 1 Apr and Mon 10 Jun)
