Mindfulness and meditation

Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment with an attitude of openness, curiosity, and acceptance. In the busyness of university life, practising mindfulness can help us step back, observe thoughts and feelings without judgement, and refocus on what’s important.

Meditation is one way to learn how to be more mindful. Regular practice can increase awareness, reduce stress, and build resilience.
