After you've submitted your application, the University of Melbourne will assess it for approval.

Get approval for the subjects you wish to take.

Be sure to tell us once your host institution accepts.

8. Transfer your credit
Once you're back, make sure it’s counted towards your degree.

Applications for Semester 1 2025 Exchange open on Monday 18 March 2024 and will close on Monday 1 July 2024.
