All students must re-enrol each year until their course is complete.
Re-enrolment for 2021
If you are currently enrolled and are continuing your course in 2021, you must re-enrol in your subjects for 2021 at the end of this year.
When will re-enrolment open?
The 2021 re-enrolment period will open in November and close in December 2020. The late re-enrolment period will open in December 2020 and close in January 2021. Exact dates will be announced mid-2020. Further information on how to re-enrol will be made available here closer to the re-enrolment period.
You do not need to re-enrol if you are commencing a course in 2021. Visit the Get Started at Melbourne website for help with your student account set-up, offer acceptance, and enrolment.
The re-enrolment process is for coursework students only. Different deadlines and requirements apply to Graduate Researchers. Visit the Graduate Research Hub to learn more.
What if I have been cancelled from my course?
If you have been cancelled from your course, you can apply to be reinstated and, if successful, you will be liable for a $282 reinstatement fee. Refer to your email notification of cancellation and follow the instructions to apply for reinstatement.
Can I change my subjects after re-enrolling?
After you have successfully re-enrolled, you should only change subjects after carefully considering your options. Please refer to the Handbook which lists the key dates for each subject, including the start date, census date and last to withdraw without fail.
