After you graduate, there are a few things you can do in the days and months ahead to ensure you are ready to continue with the next stage of your journey as a member of the global alumni community.
Receive your academic statements
When you graduate, you will receive a range of free academic transcripts and statements.
To find out what documents you will receive and when, visit the Academic transcripts and statements page.
If you need additional hard copies of your transcript or AHEGS, or other types of academic statements, you can purchase these using the eCommerce website.
Prepare for the deletion of your student account
Your student account will be deleted around 12 months after completing your studies - this includes your student email. It’s important to transition to your alumni email address early, and back up your email data to avoid losing important notifications. Find out how to prepare.
Maintain access to your digital academic statements
You should have received an email link to your digital testamur (graduation certificate), AHEGS and academic transcripts. In order to maintain access to these documents after your University of Melbourne account is deleted, you will need to update your email address with My eQuals.
