    Inviting your supervisor

If your supervisor would like to participate in the Academic Procession, they can find further information on the University of Melbourne staff Graduations page and register as guests via Service Now. Registrations open from Monday 9 March. If your supervisor is from an external university, they need to email the Graduations team to register.

There is limited capacity in the Academic Procession. We recommend that your supervisor books their place as soon as possible once registrations open, as capacity can sometimes be reached quickly.
