Step 3: Submit your visa application

Once you've received your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), you will need to apply for an Australian student visa. Your visa is necessary to study in Australia as an international student.

Please note: the information on this page only applies to international students that are currently in Australia.

For international students that are currently offshore: Travel restrictions to Australia are currently in place due to the COVID-19 situation. Until these restrictions are eased you do not need a student visa to commence your studies online. Once you have your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) you will be able to skip this step and move on to setting up your student account.

Once travel restrictions have been lifted, you will need to apply for an Australian student visa. Your visa is necessary to study in Australia as an international student.
