Chris is interested in how disciplines like postcolonial studies and queer theory challenge and inform faith. Chris is a Uniting Church ordinand on supply placement at University of Melbourne, while awaiting placement and ordination as a deacon.

Fr Peter Fitzsimons is a Catholic priest who also assists at St Mary's Star of the Sea West Melbourne. He was ordained in Rome in 2004 and has been involved in university chaplaincies at the University of Auckland, University of Queensland, and Queensland University of Technology. A lawyer and academic by trade he supports South Melbourne in its current iteration.
