This Group Counselling Journey is facilitated by Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS) counsellors. Across five weekly two-hour sessions, you will have a supportive space to connect with other students with ADHD, share experiences and explore practical ways of navigating study, relationships and daily life.

In a small, supportive group, you will:

  • Connect with other students living with ADHD
  • Explore your personal experiences of ADHD in a validating, non-judgmental space
  • Share ideas, strategies, and skills to navigate the world as a person with ADHD
  • Learn from others' strengths, insights, and lived experience.

To take part in this group, you need to have a formal diagnosis of ADHD and commit to attending all 5 sessions to maintain a safe and supportive group environment.
