Study and learning drop-ins

Online Study and Learning Drop-ins provide you with support from peer advisers who can help you develop a suite of skills you need for your studies.

Peer academic writing support

Writing for an academic audience is quite different to other writing styles.

Email our peer writing mentors for quick advice and feedback to learn about the basics or improve your already advanced academic writing.

A peer writing mentor will spend up to 15 minutes reading your questions and writing a response. The mentors will respond to emails in the order they are received, and they will aim to reply within 24 hours. Replies will be sent during business hours, Monday to Friday, from Week 3 - SWOT Vac.

Maths and stats skills

Understanding maths and stats concepts and their applications can be challenging.

Chat to our Maths and Stats staff to get help with the key skills needed in any discipline or course.

Our staff will be available via Zoom between 12 noon and 2pm (Melbourne time) on weekdays (excluding University holidays) from Week 3 - SWOT Vac.
