About Evidence of Enrolment (also known as EE)
An Evidence of Enrolment letter outlines all the courses you are currently enrolled in (or were previously enrolled in or withdrawn from) at the University of Melbourne.
This document may be required by organisations such as embassies, registration bodies or other tertiary institutions. Always check with the requesting organisation which type of document they require.
What's included in your Evidence of Enrolment

An Evidence of Enrolment letter outlines all the courses you are currently or were previously enrolled in at the University of Melbourne.
The letter includes:
- Your full name
- Your Student ID number
- Your date of birth
- A course commencement date
- The course/s you are, or were, enrolled in
- The date/s you were/are enrolled
- Periods of leave of absence
- Your expected completion date
- Your status as a full-time or part-time student
- A note that the language of instruction is English
- Signature of an authorised delegate of the Academic Registrar
Please note that digital copies are only available for students who graduated in or after 2018. Digital copies are certified and accessed via My eQuals.

- Date of birth
- Periods of leave of absence
- A course commencement date
- Expected completion date
- Language of instruction
