Seeking a special consideration review
Request a review if you disagree with your application's eligibility or outcome.
About this process
This process relates to special consideration. There are two stages of special consideration application processing:
- Eligibility. This is where we check your documents to determine if you qualify.
- Outcome. This is when we decide what adjustment(s) to offer for each impacted assessment.
You can request a review if you disagree with either stage.
If your application was ineligible, you can request a review if you believe:
- The decision did not appropriately consider facts, evidence, or circumstances
- There was a failure to adhere to relevant policies and procedures, or
- You experienced unfair treatment, prejudice or bias.
