Facilitated by CAPS Counsellors who identify as part of the LGBTIQA+ community, this in-person group program offers a supportive environment to explore the impacts of marginalization and discrimination on mental health. Participants will gain valuable tools and strategies to navigate mental health challenges, reflect on their values and future directions, and connect with like-minded individuals who share similar experiences. Commitment to attend all 6 sessions is required to fully benefit from the program.
