My team has worked with the Student@Work unit for several years and through them have employed a number of hard-working, smart, and engaged Interns that have actively contributed to our working environment.

The S@W unit themselves are extremely professional, communicative, and regularly refine their work flows which makes them very easy to work with. Throughout the process of recruiting, onboarding, managing, and off-boarding an intern, the Student@Work team provide clear communication, actions, and requirements of me as a manager. The manager community they have created on Teams allows for up-to-date information, a place to ask questions, and an opportunity to learn from other managers of what has worked in their working environments with other interns.

The recruiting process is well-managed, timely, and allows me to meet with an appropriate amount of candidates without being overburdened or overwhelmed. I feel confident in their assistance and guidance through HR processes, questions that arise, and the professional development training they offer the Interns.
