Speed Friending

Come make new friends at our speed friending event, giving you the perfect chance to meet fellow students and like-minded peers. Whether you are new to university this year, or looking to meet new people, this is the perfect place to make new connections and friendships.

Trivia Session

Looking to flex those mental muscles and have blast while supporting mental health awareness? Gather your dream team of 3–4 trivia whizzes – or fly solo, and we'll match you up with awesome new friends! Fantastic prizes are up for grabs, plus you'll have the opportunity to have fun and make new connections.

Pot Planting

Join us for a fun-filled session of pot planting! You'll have the opportunity to personalise your pot with paint and markers before planting your seeds. We'll have a range of plants to pick from and all pots and materials will be provided. Bring a friend – or make new ones – and have a chat while getting crafty!

UMSUi Friendship Bracelet Making

Make new friends and connect with existing ones – all while you make a gorgeous keepsake bracelet for yourself or someone you care about.

MU Sport Meditation

MU Sport invites you to our meditation session where we’ll relax, reflect and take a break from our busy schedules to focus on our wellbeing. This event offers a serene atmosphere to unwind and de-stress.

MU Sport Body Balance

Join us for an uplifting and rejuvenating event which will focus on promoting our mental health and wellbeing. R U OK? Day’s Body Balance Class is all about finding inner peace and balance through activities and exercise.

These events are hosted by the University of Melbourne Health Promotion Program and are free for all students to attend.
