Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

The CoE is an official document issued to international students by universities in Australia. It confirms that you have accepted a place in a course and have paid your tuition fees and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) or are enrolled in a course at a registered provider.

Visit our FAQ for more information, including how to request a new CoE.

Release letter

An official letter required by some international student visa holders who are seeking to transfer to another education provider. For more information, visit Transferring courses as an international student.

Nomination of Dependent letter

If you are a current student and have dependents applying for a Student visa (subclass 500) – Subsequent Entrant visa, you may need to provide them with a Nomination of Dependent letter for their application. This letter is issued by the University and confirms that you are currently enrolled and actively studying. Go to the Nomination of Dependant Letter form to submit your request.

Australia Awards scholars do not require a Nomination of Dependent letter. Instead, you will need to arrange a No Objection Letter. For more information, see the Australia Awards family and travel webpage.
