Welcome to the University of Melbourne. Follow the steps below to accept your offer, complete your enrolment and connect with your graduate school.
Accept your offer and enrol
Follow these steps to accept your offer, apply for your visa and confirm your place at the University of Melbourne.
- 1. Accept your offer Choose your OSHC and complete the Student Acceptance and Payment Agreement.
- 2. Receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) You will need your CoE to apply for your student visa.
- 3. Submit your visa application A student visa is necessary to study in Australia.
- 4. Set up your student account Your account gives you access to my.unimelb, your student email and more.
- 5. Complete your administrative enrolment Complete your enrolment and provide your personal details.
- 6. Complete an IP assignment deed (if required) Review your offer letter and complete an IP assignment deed if required.
- 7. Finalise your enrolment with your faculty Contact your faculty to finalise your enrolment.
- 8. Order your student card Upload your photo online and get your card.
- 9. Organise your unique student identifier (USI) Once you have arrived in Australia you can organise your USI.
- 10. Complete the commencement checklist The online checklist will help you navigate the first three months of your degree.
- 11. Explore Graduate Research Scholarships If you have received a scholarship, check the benefits included.
