Accept your offer and enrol
Follow these steps to accept your offer, apply for your visa and confirm your place at the University of Melbourne.
- 1. Accept your offer Choose your OSHC and complete the Student Acceptance and Payment Agreement.
- 2. Receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) You will need your CoE to apply for your student visa.
- 3. Submit your visa application A student visa is necessary to study in Australia.
- 4. Set up your student account Your account gives you access to my.unimelb, your student email and more.
- 5. Explore my.unimelb Start exploring key University platforms like my.unimelb.
- 6. Complete your administrative enrolment Complete your enrolment and provide your personal details.
- 7. Complete an IP Assignment Deed (if required) Review your offer letter and complete an IP Assignment Deed if required.
- 8. Finalise your enrolment with your faculty Contact your faculty to finalise your enrolment.
- 9. Order your student card Upload your photo online and get your card.
- 10. Consider completing an English assessment Find out which communication skills you may need to develop.
- 11. Attend Orientation Explore the University and meet other graduate researchers.
