Creative Arts Therapy Clinic (CAT Clinic)
Creative arts therapists are qualified mental health practitioners who use a combination of counselling and creative methods to identify and process emotions, discover solutions and foster coping and resilience.
Online and face-to-face therapy options are available every Friday from 11am-3pm.
