Counselling and Psychological Support (CAPS)
Confidential, short-term professional counselling for students.

Creative arts therapies online (CATS)
Creative arts therapists are qualified mental health practitioners who use a combination of counselling and creative methods to identify and process emotions, discover solutions and foster coping and resilience.
Online therapy options are available using Zoom/Google Hangouts every Thursday afternoon from 1-5pm.
