Creative arts therapies online (CATS)

Creative arts therapists are qualified mental health practitioners who use a combination of counselling and creative methods to identify and process emotions, discover solutions and foster coping and resilience.

Online therapy options are available using Zoom/Google Hangouts every Thursday afternoon from 1-5pm.

You can access advice and support from Stop 1 via phone and chat appointments, online workshops and email enquiries. University library services have moved to virtual delivery, with libraries across all campuses closed until further notice.
