Build your timetable with MyTimetable
If you are studying at the Parkville campus, you will need to enter your class preferences and build your timetable with MyTimetable.
The process for building your class timetable in MyTimetable opens sequentially over three periods as outlined below. It is not compulsory to complete steps in each period, however you must create your timetable before the teaching period begins.
Opening and closing dates for each period varies for different subject study periods, so ensure you check the timetable dates.
Preference entry period: Select your class preferences
You can select your preferred class times for your enrolled subjects any time during the preference entry period.
Class options will change throughout this period, and new class times may become available. To ensure you don’t miss out on new class options, remember to review your preferences just before the preference entry period closes. You can change your preferences until the preference entry deadline.
If you enrol in a subject after the preference entry period has closed, you can allocate yourself directly into available classes when the 'review and adjust period' opens.

Review and adjust period: Review your timetable or allocate yourself into classes
Once the 'review and adjust' period opens, you can view your allocated class timetable and allocate yourself into available classes. You can also make any adjustments to your classes including swaps.

Your VCE or IB subjects take priority when timetabling. If you have a clash with a school subject that cannot be changed by a swap, please submit a Timetabling Assistance Form and this will be resolved.

Your timetable is listed on the Extension Program subjects page under the relevant School Centre. There is nothing further you need to do for your timetable.
